We're passionate about making more thoughtful choices, and our refill options are one way we encourage customers to reuse suitable packaging and enjoy their favourite scents again and again.
How do refills work?

Keep your original packaging: Where a refill is available, hold on to your original eligible container or box.

Choose your favourite fragrance: Browse the available refill options and select the scent you love.

Enjoy a reduced price: Eligible refills are offered at a lower price than buying the equivalent product new.

Make a more mindful choice: Reusing suitable packaging helps reduce the need for replacement packaging.
Our packaging return scheme
Our packaging return and refill scheme is currently available to Jersey customers only.
We accept eligible Made to Melt packaging as part of the scheme, but not every product or type of packaging can necessarily be reused or refilled. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm what's suitable and explain how to arrange your return.

At Made to Melt Jersey, we believe beautiful home fragrance and more thoughtful choices can go hand in hand.
As a small, family-run business based in Jersey, we care about what goes into our products, how they're packaged and the choices we make along the way. We're always looking for ways to do better, one little step at a time.
Thoughtful ingredients
Our wax melts are hand-poured using plant-based EcoCoco coconut wax. We offer our naked wax melts without added dyes, mica or glitter, keeping the focus on the fragrance itself.
We also aim to make our products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, choosing ingredients and materials that reflect these values.
Reduce, reuse, refill
We love finding ways to give packaging a longer life. Our refill options allow customers to enjoy selected Made to Melt favourites again, while our packaging return scheme encourages the reuse of eligible packaging wherever possible.
Our refill and packaging return scheme is currently available to Jersey customers only. Not all products or packaging can be accepted, so please contact us before returning anything to check eligibility and arrange your return.

We aim to have all orders ready to ship/collect within 4 working days of ordering. Times may vary during busy periods. Tracking number will be emailed to applicable orders once posted.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery delays are unfortunate but out of our control.
