At Made to Melt Jersey, I want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Changed your mind?

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your return. Items returned under this policy must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original condition.

Due to the nature of wax melts and home fragrance products, I cannot accept returns of used products simply because you've changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to arrange a return

Please contact me through the website contact form or email help@madetomeltjersey.com before sending anything back. I aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days.

Please package your return securely. I recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs for unwanted items are generally the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Returned items will be checked once received. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account, depending on your payment provider and the applicable refund requirements.

Where required by law, refunds for cancelled online orders will include the standard delivery charge. Any additional cost paid for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

Sale items

Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as full-price items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible at help@madetomeltjersey.com, including your order number and photographs where relevant. I'll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
