Order Processing

I aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days of your order being placed. During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer. Thank you for your patience and for supporting my small family-run business.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option available.

Tracking & Delivery

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times and any delays are outside my control. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please use your tracking details where available to check its progress.
