What's inside?

  • Plastic-free Eco Box packaging — designed with sustainability in mind.

  • Individually wrapped fragrances in biodegradable bags, with the relevant product labelling.

How to order

  1. Select your preferred Eco Box size.

  2. Choose your fragrances from our scent list.

  3. Add your fragrance choices to the order notes at checkout, making it clear how many sticks you'd like in each scent.

Please make sure your scent choices add up to the number of sticks included in your selected box. If you need help choosing, we're always happy to help!

Love your Eco Box? Keep it!

Once you've purchased an eligible Eco Box, you can order refills at a reduced price through our REFILLS section. Our refill and packaging return scheme is currently available to Jersey customers only. Please see our FAQs for details.

Ethical Values

At Made to Melt Jersey, we believe beautiful home fragrance and more thoughtful choices can go hand in hand.

As a small, family-run business based in Jersey, we care about what goes into our products, how they're packaged and the choices we make along the way. We're always looking for ways to do better, one little step at a time.

Thoughtful ingredients

Our wax melts are hand-poured using plant-based EcoCoco coconut wax. We offer our naked wax melts without added dyes, mica or glitter, keeping the focus on the fragrance itself.

We also aim to make our products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, choosing ingredients and materials that reflect these values.

Reduce, reuse, refill

We love finding ways to give packaging a longer life. Our refill options allow customers to enjoy selected Made to Melt favourites again, while our packaging return scheme encourages the reuse of eligible packaging wherever possible.

Our refill and packaging return scheme is currently available to Jersey customers only. Not all products or packaging can be accepted, so please contact us before returning anything to check eligibility and arrange your return.

More mindful packaging

We're continually reviewing our packaging and looking for practical ways to reduce unnecessary waste. Where possible, we choose alternatives that help us move towards more thoughtful packaging choices.

We're a small business, and we know there's always room to improve. We believe being honest about our progress matters just as much as having good intentions.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to have all orders ready to ship/collect within 4 working days of ordering. Times may vary during busy periods. Tracking number will be emailed to applicable orders once posted.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
