Política de reembolso

All unused orders can be sent back for a full refund for 14 days from date of order received. Sadly, I am unable to accept back used wax melts.

I aim to reply to all emails in 2 working days. 

The items are your responsibility until they arrive back with myself, this will then be inspected before a refund is issued. Please allow 14 days for the refund to arrive in your account, all refunds are refunded to the original payment method. 

You may wish to send your products back via a signed for service and pack it well to ensure nothing happens on it's journey back. 

Only fully priced items will qualify for a refund, if you bought in a sale unfortunately this does not qualify. 

Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
