Ethical Values

I pride myself in my products and packaging.
All my products are made using responsibly sourced, high quality ingredients. I do not add mica or colours to my products to ensure you get the cleanest fragrance possible throughout your home.
My wax melt range is 100% plastic free & my room sprays come in 100% recyclable bottles.

I offer a reuse and recycle scheme. I offer refills for a reduced price and will accept absolutely everything back to re-use.

Shipping & Returns

I aim to have all orders ready to ship/collect within 4 working days of ordering. Times may vary during busy periods. Tracking number will be emailed to applicable orders once posted.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery delays are unfortunate but out of my control.

I've been a regular customer of Made to Melt since 2019. I use to recycle/refill scheme every month where all my used wax and packaging gets taken and reused which is fantastic. The wax melts? Well what can I say? They are just gorgeous, there is a reason I keep coming back!

The range has grown since then and just gets better and better.
The Eco-friendly products make your home smell wonderful , Nikita gives fantastic offers and also delivers with very easy options on how to pay.

I have ordered multiple times now and will 100% continue. The scents last, they smells amazing and there are plenty to choose from. The best I have found by FAR and Nikita is just so lovely to deal with. Strongly recommended.
